Our Pricing

We do not charge an hourly rate, and here's why. We pride ourselves in being as fast, efficient, and accurate as possible. This comes from the many years of experience we have with QuickBooks and accounting. You are paying for our service, not our time.

Our service, aside from the actual bookkeeping, includes our expertise, advice, and support. You will feel like you have an ally on your accounting side, and that is the most valuable aspect of what we offer. You can email or call us with questions, you can count on us getting you the information you need when you need it, and we can help you through the thorniest of accounting questions.

Monthly rates for most small businesses bookkeeping ranges from $200 to $500 a month. Full payroll service for up to 15 employees is $175 a month. Additional charges for multi-state and high volume employers may apply.

We also provide consulting services for one-time projects at an hourly rate. Please make an appointment to discuss your project and we will give you an estimate of charges.

We encourage all of our clients to use QuickBooks Online, and our prices assume that (ask about additional rates for QuickBook Desktop users). Please make an appointment to discuss what services you need and what the monthly rate would be.
